Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our pavers and tiles division in Cochin. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to generate new business in the construction and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads in builders, contractors, architects, and real estate developers.

• Promote and sell our range of pavers and tiles to potential customers.

• Conduct field visits, site meetings, and product presentations.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide daily/weekly reports.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Cochin region.

Requirements:

• A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Preferred candidates with real estate/construction material sales experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Immediate joiner preferred.

• Must be based in or around Vyttila, Cochin.

• Languages: Local language (Malayalam) with English. Hindi and Tamil preferred.

Salary:

₹19,000 to ₹27,000 per month, based on experience and sales capabilities.
