Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Support

• Act as a central support point for the sales team for day-to-day information and coordination.

• Respond to sales team enquiries relating to products, stock availability, product information and sales collateral.

• Coordinate internally to obtain information required by the sales team.

• Ensure that sales team requirements are followed up and closed in a timely manner.

• Maintain proper records of sales-related requests, enquiries and follow-ups.

2. Presentation & Proposal Development

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations based on briefs received from the sales team.

• Develop product presentations, client presentations, product proposals and customised sales decks.

• Collate product images, specifications, pricing, features and other relevant information for presentations.

• Ensure presentations are accurate, visually appealing and aligned with the company's brand communication.

• Modify and customise existing presentations according to specific client requirements.

3. Marketing Communication

• Prepare and circulate product-related communication to the sales team.

• Assist in developing product launches, new product announcements, promotional communication and sales updates.

• Coordinate with the relevant teams for product information, images and specifications.

• Maintain an organised repository of product presentations, images, catalogues and marketing material.

4. Stock & Product Data Management

• Maintain regular and accurate stock statements in Excel/system.

• Coordinate with stores, purchase and sales teams to keep stock
