Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to client companies for product presentations and relationship building.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and applications to clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), including visit details, client feedback, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as defined by management.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to client requirements.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner during all client interactions.
Responsible for achieving and surpassing defined sales goals and numbers within agreed timelines on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure effective customer feedback management, resolution of complaints, and compliance with customer satisfaction standards across all regions.
