Job Title
CCTV Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for a motivated and responsible CCTV Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, biometric devices, access control systems, networking products, and other security solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, visiting dealers and businesses, explaining products, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and dealers.
Visit customers, shops, offices, factories, institutions, and project sites.
Promote CCTV and security products.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team when required.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Monitor competitor pricing and market activities.
Collect market feedback and report it to management.
Support payment collection and pending-bill follow-up when required.
