Plant / Base Location: Ispur (PIN: 177207), Una District, Himachal Pradesh (Near KC College & Una Distillery)

Target Market Locations: Baijnath, Kangra, Una, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Dasuya , chandigarh.

Job Type : Full-time (Field Role)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & track record)

Allowances & Perks: ₹3,000 – ₹3,500 Extra Monthly Travel / Petrol Allowance + Performance Incentives

About the Role:

We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive distribution, client acquisition, and brand presence for our Packaged Mineral Drinking Water across key markets in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.

Key Responsibilities :

B2B & Retail Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafes (HORECA), banquets, corporate offices, and catering vendors across target territories.

Distributor & Dealer Network: Build and maintain active relationships with regional stockists, wholesalers, and route distributors.

Territory Coverage: Regularly visit assigned markets (Una, Kangra, Baijnath, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Dasuya) to secure repeat bulk orders and expand shelf visibility.

Payment Recovery & Follow-up: Coordinate timely supply dispatch, handle invoice settlements, and track payment collections.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor pricing, promotional schemes, and market demand; submit daily sales reports and visit logs to management.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Packaged Drinking Water, or Beverage distribution.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Mobility: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License (essential for regular market visits).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a target-driven mindset.

Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with retail and wholesale markets in Una, Kangra Valley, and Punjab border routes (Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Dasuya).
