Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients for residential and commercial property sales.

• Attend site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups on a daily basis.

• Maintain proper updates of all visits, leads, and meetings in the official group.

• Promote and explain project details, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Build strong customer relationships to generate leads and close deals.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for daily tasks.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Participate in on-ground marketing activities when required.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Confident personality with good customer handling ability.

• Should be comfortable with fieldwork and daily visits.

• Own vehicle preferred.
