Maintain proper updates of all visits, leads, and meetings in the official group.
Promote and explain project details, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Build strong customer relationships to generate leads and close deals.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for daily tasks.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Participate in on-ground marketing activities when required.
Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with good customer handling ability.
Should be comfortable with fieldwork and daily visits.
Own vehicle preferred.
