Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leads Generation Executive to be the front-line of our sales pipeline. This crucial role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities to fuel the growth of Aadhar Fintech. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, particularly within the FinTech or financial services space.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Identification & Research: Proactively research and identify potential clients and market segments that align with Aadhar Fintech's products and services, primarily within the B2B or corporate financial sector.
Outbound Communication: Execute targeted outreach campaigns (via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads using established criteria to determine their interest, fit, and readiness for a sales conversation.
Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage all lead interactions, communication, and statuses within the CRM system ([Specify CRM, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot]).
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide feedback on marketing campaigns.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Aadhar Fintech's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and address initial prospect queries.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 1-2 years of proven experience in lead generation, B2C sales development.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
Mindset: Highly organized, self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
