Job Description – Interior Sales Executive

Position: Interior Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Interior Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective clients, understand their interior requirements, and convert enquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other channels.

• Understand clients’ requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings/site visits.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

• Present interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and project solutions to clients.

• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.

• Maintain regular follow-ups until booking/advance payment is received.

• Maintain accurate lead and sales records and provide regular sales reports.

• Build strong relationships with clients and generate referral business.

• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and market pricing.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation ability.

• Good understanding of residential and commercial interiors.

• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp Business.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and professionally presentable.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in interior sales, real estate sales, modular kitchens, furniture, building materials, or related industries preferred.

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
