Sourcing & Closing Manager – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing & Closing Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing the sales pipeline, converting prospects into site visits, and driving successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sourcing & Closing team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Develop and execute strategies for generating quality leads and increasing customer walk-ins.

• Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to site visit and final closure.

• Ensure effective follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Guide the team in handling customer queries, negotiations, and objections.

• Drive team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate with Site Heads and internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and deal closure.

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

• Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to improve conversion ratios.

• Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Direct Sales.

• Strong experience in lead generation, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Candidates with experience in Mumbai real estate will be preferred.
