Job Summary:

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our Solar Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and developing business strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

• Identify new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.

• Manage and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for product promotions and customer support.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Sales (experience in batteries, inverters, or electrical equipment sales preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage regional operations.

• Good knowledge of the solar market and customer base.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
