Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our Solar Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and developing business strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Identify new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
Manage and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for product promotions and customer support.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Sales (experience in batteries, inverters, or electrical equipment sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage regional operations.
Good knowledge of the solar market and customer base.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
