Sales Executive – Solar Division

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Solar Division. The candidate should have experience in B2B sales, channel sales, and distributor network development for solar products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate B2B sales for solar products in the assigned territory
Develop and manage channel partners and distributors
Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market reach
Promote solar products such as solar panels, batteries, inverters, and cables
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for customer support
Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback
Follow up with customers for payment collection and order closure
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in B2B sales and channel sales distribution
Knowledge of solar products and electrical products preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle dealer and distributor networks
Minimum 1–5 years of sales experience preferred
