Collect customer details and understand their property requirements.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate project information.
Arrange and coordinate site visits; accompany customers to the site when required.
Maintain call records and regularly update the customer database/CRM.
Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
