Locations: Amritsar | Ahmedabad Surat Role Purpose To drive business growth by acquiring new customers, generating revenue through life insurance sales, and building long-term client relationships through effective field sales strategies. Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory) • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate • Mandatory experience in life insurance field sales • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling • Willingness to travel locally for field work • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities • Generate leads via self-sourcing, references, and networking • Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling • Ensure adherence to compliance and proper documentation processes • Maintain regular follow-ups and customer engagement.
