The Role
We are looking for an energetic leader to manage sales for our 7-8 branches. Your main goal is to bring in more students and ensure every branch is successful. You will be the person who connects our classes with the students who need them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Increase Sales: Your primary focus is to grow admissions across all our centers.
Lead Generation: You’ll find new ways to reach students—through social media, local events, or visiting colleges.
Expert Follow-Ups: You’ll ensure the team has sharp follow-up skills so that every inquiry is turned into a successful admission.
Team Management: You will lead and motivate the sales staff across all 7-8 branches to help them reach their targets.
New Ideas: We want your fresh ideas! You’ll bring new strategies to the table to help us grow faster than our competitors.
Sales Management: You’ll keep track of the daily numbers and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone with a proven track record in sales (experience in education is a plus).
A leader who knows how to manage a team and get results.
A great communicator who is easy to talk to and very persuasive.
Someone who is comfortable traveling between our different branch locations.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.
