Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Elevator Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will possess strong elevator product knowledge, sharp market awareness, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, supporting the team in lead generation and deal closures, and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Possess in-depth knowledge of elevator products, pricing, and technical specifications.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Guide and support the sales team in generating offline leads through field activities, networking, and references.
Personally assist team members in closing high-value deals when necessary.
Regularly review team performance and ensure individual and collective targets are met.
Maintain relationships with key clients and explore opportunities for upselling and referrals.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and lead conversion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in elevator or related industrial sales (min. 3-5 years preferred).
Excellent product knowledge of elevators and vertical mobility solutions.
Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR elevator market and competitors.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach.
