Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai (Field + Office Role)
Industry: Industrial / Pharma / Lab Equipment
Experience: 8–12 years in B2B technical sales
Reports To: Director / Business Head
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage high-value B2B clients in Pharma, Biotech & Industrial sectors
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen → demo → negotiation → closure
Conduct technical discussions and product demos for freeze drying, filtration, and pharma equipment
Handle key accounts like Cipla, Sun Pharma, Serum, Glenmark, etc.
Support digital marketing and branding campaigns
Maintain CRM follow-ups and post-sale coordination
Generate market intelligence & new business opportunities
Prepare performance reports, growth insights, and team updates
Required Skills
Excellent communication & negotiation
Strong technical understanding of lab & pharma sales
Client relationship management
Knowledge of CRM & reporting tools
