Position: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai (Field + Office Role)

Industry: Industrial / Pharma / Lab Equipment

Experience: 8–12 years in B2B technical sales

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000/month (Based on experience)

Reports To: Director / Business Head

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage high-value B2B clients in Pharma, Biotech & Industrial sectors

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen → demo → negotiation → closure

• Conduct technical discussions and product demos for freeze drying, filtration, and pharma equipment

• Handle key accounts like Cipla, Sun Pharma, Serum, Glenmark, etc.

• Support digital marketing and branding campaigns

• Maintain CRM follow-ups and post-sale coordination

• Generate market intelligence & new business opportunities

• Prepare performance reports, growth insights, and team updates

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & negotiation

• Strong technical understanding of lab & pharma sales

• Client relationship management

• Knowledge of CRM & reporting tools
