Job Title: Sales Manager – Finance

Job Location: Vibhuti khand , gomti nagar , lucknow
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve loan and revenue targets.

• Drive sales for financial products such as home loans, LAP, personal loans, business loans, etc.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business.

• Identify new channel partners, builders, and referral sources.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Review sales MIS, pipeline, and conversion ratios.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of finance and loan products.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.

• Experience in NBFC, bank, or loan distribution industry.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
