Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.

• Handle customer inquiries and assist in closing high-value sales.

• Generate new leads through various marketing and networking activities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.

• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for successful project sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any sales sector.

• Strong team handling and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance.

• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
