Sales Manager – Kakinada
Location: Kakinada
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Sales & Marketing
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Monthly & Quarterly Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Generate quality leads through various marketing and sales activities.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor team performance and drive conversions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports and ensure target achievement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Proven experience in team handling and lead generation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
