We market our own fastener brand ...., contract-manufactured to stringent specifications, and are setting up our own manufacturing facility.
Since 2017, we have proudly served as the sole distributors in India for HAZET Werk Tools Germany, a global pioneer in premium hand tools. Our customer base includes hydro turbine manufacturers, coal/material handling equipment OEMs, earthmoving and tower crane companies, BMW India, pump manufacturers, cement & steel majors, and other engineering giants. We also specialize in sourcing high-performance special fasteners from Germany for MNCs operating in India.
The company operates on SAP Business One ERP, ensuring integrated business processes, data visibility, and seamless operations across sales, inventory, purchasing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
•Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–7 sales professionals across NCR and India.
•Develop sales plans, targets, and KPIs aligned with company growth strategy.
•Expand market presence via cold calling, networking, and structured business development.
Business Development
•Identify and win new business with infrastructure companies, engineering OEMs, cement, steel, tyre, and heavy industry players.
•Grow UFAST brand visibility and sales in addition to strengthening our global partnerships.
•Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Customer & Key Account Management
•Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers at OEMs and EPCs.
•Maintain and grow existing accounts with focus on repeat orders and premium service.
•Coordinate with German suppliers and principals for special fastener/tool sourcing.
Operational & Team Management
•Regularly review sales funnel and activities through CRM and SAP Business One.
•Hold weekly remote and in-person team meetings for pipeline reviews and target alignment.
•Ensure timely proposals, quotations, and client communication.
Travel & Fieldwork
•Willingness to travel extensively across India for client visits, exhibitions, and industry networking.
•Represent Usha Fasteners at trade fairs, technical seminars, and customer presentations.

Candidate Profile
•Education: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production preferred) OR MBA with technical sales experience.
•Experience: 10–15 years in fastener manufacturing/distribution, industrial products, or engineering sales.
Skills & Competencies:
•Strong technical understanding of fasteners, tools, and industrial components.
•Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
•Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One).
•Proven track record of sales leadership and achieving revenue targets.
•Strong negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
