🔎•Role Overview•

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – Bancassurance to drive General Insurance sales through bank partnerships. The role involves daily branch engagement, target achievement, relationship management, and brand building.

🎯•Key Responsibilities•

• Achieve premium and policy targets through assigned bank branches

Drive business via effective sales planning & execution•

Conduct training & need analysis• for bank staff

Maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers & Officials•

• Generate premium volume and policy numbers

• Build and enhance brand visibility within partner branches

• Manage and retain business through strong channel partnerships

Ensure daily branch visits• and activity reporting

✅•Eligibility Criteria•

Minimum 2–3 years of experience• in Bancassurance / Branch Banking

Strong background in General Insurance Bancassurance Sales• (Preferred)

• Proven ability to handle targets and branch-level sales

• Excellent communication & relationship management skills

Fixed CTC up to ₹3.80 LPA• (Max ₹4 LPA)
