Job Description – Regional Sales Manager (Endoscopy & Stents)
Location: North / West / South / East India
CTC: ₹15–22 LPA + Performance Incentives
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth for Endoscopy Systems, Self-Expandable Metal Stents, and related consumables across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing sales teams, developing distributor networks, and strengthening relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve regional primary and secondary sales targets.
Lead, train, and manage Area Sales Managers and Territory Executives.
Develop strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, installations, and post-installation support.
Manage distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely reporting and sales tracking through CRM and Excel.
Eligibility Criteria:
8–12 years of experience in Medical Devices, Endoscopy, GI Products, OR Equipment, or Healthcare Sales.
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.
Strong hospital network and distributor management experience.
Graduate in Science, Pharma, Biomedical, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
