Job Description – Gold Loan Sales Manager

Location: Cochin, Kolhapur, Bangalore and Chennai
Department: Gold Loan Sales
Role: Open Market Sales
Job Responsibilities
• Drive Gold Loan business through open market sales.
• Develop new customer acquisition channels and local market opportunities.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Guide, motivate and monitor team members on daily sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer and market relationships.
• Generate and convert leads through field visits, references, networking and other sourcing methods.
• Track daily business performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure proper follow-up, documentation and coordination for loan processing.
Eligibility
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in core Gold Loan sales.
• Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products and open-market sales.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates available immediately to 30 days preferred.
