🚨 Job Opening – Sales Manager | PUF Panels (HIcon)
📍 Location: Greater Noida | Travel Across Assigned Region
💼 Experience: 3–6 Years
💰 Salary: ₹7–9 LPA + Incentives
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and business development for PUF Panels / Insulated Sandwich Panels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Develop new business through projects, consultants, contractors, and direct clients.
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, OEMs & industrial customers.
• Develop dealer/distributor networks and generate new leads.
• Handle techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, order closures, and collections.
• Coordinate with project/operations teams for timely execution.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in PUF Panels, Insulated Sandwich Panels, Cold Storage, Clean Room Panels, Roofing & Cladding Systems will be preferred.
