We are a Fintech-enabled Corporate DSA & Co-Lending platform working with Banks, NBFCs, and Insurance partners.

Products:

Secured Loans (HL, MHL, LAP, Vehicle), Unsecured Loans (PL, BL), JLG/SHG & Micro Loans, Insurance (Life/Health/General), Fintech & Digital Payments (QR, UPI, Soundbox).

Role:

Handle individual sales + team management, drive business growth, manage DSAs/partners, achieve targets, and ensure smooth loan/insurance processing with banks/NBFCs.

Responsibilities:

Generate business across all products

Handle personal targets & team targets

Recruit, train, and manage sales team

Partner & market development

Coordinate with credit/operations/compliance

MIS reporting & performance tracking

Experience:

2–5+ years in Banking / NBFC / Fintech / DSA / Lending, with sales & team handling experience.

Location: Tarakeswar, West Bengal Or All West Bengal Location Coverage: West Bengal
