Location: Noida & Faridabad (NCR)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales operations in Noida and Faridabad territories

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity

• Lead, train, and motivate the local sales team (if applicable)

• Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams for smooth execution

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

• Handle key accounts and negotiate pricing, contracts, and closures

• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong knowledge of the Noida & Faridabad market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Experience

• Experience in industrial, engineering, water treatment, laboratory, or technical sales

• Established local client network in NCR
