Job Purpose
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and distribution growth across the assigned territory, developing dealer/distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage and ensuring strong visibility of Jyomix products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
Drive primary and through dealers
2. Distributor & Dealer Management
Appoint and develop new dealers
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Ensure adequate stock availability across the territory.
Resolve dealer/distributor issues related to pricing, stock, schemes and service.
