Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from hospitals, medical colleges, government institutions and healthcare organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital authorities, purchase departments and key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations and order closures.
Handle and guide the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders, order processing and timely product delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
