Achievement of Topline (GWP) targets from the assigned Units
Continuous interaction with Unit Bank hierarchy and other stakeholders
Launch unit level initiatives to boost sales as per requirement and as per competition initiatives
Periodic tracking of business volumes and growth. Seek and ensure support from various stake holders to ensure achievement of business targets.
Partner engagement
1. Understand market dynamics and offering of other manufacturers to the Bank
Take regular feedback from various stakeholders in the Bank to help innovate products and provide solutions at an organizational level
Maintaining Pipeline
Managing a pipeline to achieve desired numbers ant to continuously updating the same
P & L
Working with product team to focus on conversions and retention of profitable clients
Weekly tracking of business growth. Seeking support from various stake holders like QC calling team, towards closure of business
Renewal persistency
Decoding client’s requirement, pain points and opportunity areas
Ensure renewals are processed on time and no window given to competition to sneak in
