Sales Manager
Location: Jodhpur
Role Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to drive business growth.
Generate insurance business through the Agency Channel.
Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales, relationship management, and team-building abilities.
Preferred Industries:
Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Consumer Durable, Automobile Sales.
