Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving agency business growth by recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving advisor productivity, and expanding the agency network within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

• Recruit quality insurance advisors/agents.

• Drive activation and productivity of newly recruited advisors.

• Build and expand a sustainable advisor network.

2. Advisor Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors.

• Conduct regular meetings and field visits with advisors.

• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.

• Improve advisor retention and performance.

3. Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Generate new business through advisor channels.

• Achieve premium and policy issuance targets.

• Maintain high customer service standards.

• Promote company products and solutions effectively.

4. Team & Performance Management

• Monitor advisor productivity and business performance.

• Execute sales campaigns and business initiatives.

• Track conversion ratios and target achievement.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
