Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager – Home Loan Sales to lead, support, and drive productivity within the sales team. The role requires strong market awareness, relationship management, and operational expertise to ensure efficient loan processing and business growth.

Key Responsibilities • Ensure effective monitoring and productivity of Sales Officers across assigned regions • Conduct 2–4 site visits daily for business development and channel engagement • Track ongoing project developments and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks • Maintain strong builder and channel partner relationships by ensuring timely part disbursals • Drive business targets while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies • Provide guidance, motivation, and performance reviews for the sales team • Identify new opportunities for market penetration and portfolio growth

Candidate Requirements • Graduate in Engineering / Post-Graduate preferred • 4–6 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage industry • Team handling experience required/preferred • Strong understanding of builder relationships, project approvals, and technical due diligence • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
