Sales Manager

For Fresher’s:

1.      Candidates must have completed their graduation, preferably in Commerce, Economics, or BBA.

2.     Based on the candidate’s suitability and overall assessment during the selection process, the Company may offer a salary ranging between INR 15,000/- to INR 20,000/- per month, depending on the candidate's quality and potential.

For MBA Fresher Candidates:

1.      Candidates should have either:

o    Successfully completed their MBA, or

o    Be currently pursuing an MBA and permitted by their institute/university to work externally as part of their curriculum, internship, or practical training program.

2.      Subject to successful evaluation and selection, the Company may offer remuneration of  INR 20,000/- to INR 25,000/- per month.

For Experienced Candidates:

1.      Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in a Sales profile.

2.      Candidates having experience in the Finance and Real Estate sectors will be preferred.

3.      Experience in the Finance sector may include Banking, Equity / Commodity Trading, Insurance, Mutual Funds and other Financial Products.

4.      Selected candidates may be offered a salary ranging between INR 25,000/- to INR 30,000/- per month. For experienced people salary will be considered strictly on the basis of the candidate’s last three months’ salary slips and appointment letter.

Common Criteria:

1.      Candidates should be available for immediate joining.

2.      Candidates must be residing within a 20 km radius of Park Street.

3.      For experienced candidates, the gap between the last working date and the application/interview date should not exceed 2 months.

4.      Candidates serving a notice period must provide valid proof of resignation acceptance along with details of the notice period being served.
