Job Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
Sales experience, with team management experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
