Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through referrals, builders, connectors, and direct sourcing DSAs
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
Handle end-to-end loan process (login to disbursement)
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Graduate (any field)
1–3 years experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Field sales experience is a plus
