🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life / General / Health Insurance (Agency Channel)

✔ Education: Any Degree

✔ Only candidates with relevant insurance experience should apply

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit agents / health agents through ADOs

• Train and develop agents for productivity

• Drive sales of health insurance policies through ADOs & agents

• Build and expand a strong agency network

💰 Salary Package:

₹2.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & performance)

For Trainee Agency Manager only:

₹15000/- per month
