📍 Location: Mumbai( Kurla)

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors to drive health insurance business growth in Mumbai.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Recruit & onboard agency partners/advisors

Train advisors on products & sales process

Drive monthly business targets & revenue

Support field sales & joint calls

Maintain advisor productivity & retention

Ensure compliance & documentation

🎯 Strong leadership & networking skills

Target-driven mindset

Good communication in English/Hindi/Marathi

🎓 Qualification

Graduate

*1–3 years experience in Health Agency/Life Insurance Company*

*At least one promotion or Incentive earner in previous company employee preferred*
