About the Role: We are a growing technology-driven machine manufacturing company looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the industrial market. We specialize in building high-precision CNC machines and custom automation solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a proven ability to close B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and convert high-potential leads, including small manufacturing shops, toolrooms, and industrial component manufacturers.

• Product Pitching: Expertly demonstrate the value of our high-precision CNC vertical machining centers (VMCs) and custom automation machinery (SPMs).

• B2B Networking: Build and maintain long-term relationships with factory owners, production managers, and purchase heads across industrial hubs.

• Consultative Selling: Understand customer production challenges and propose tailored machine solutions to optimize their efficiency.

• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial site visits and technical demonstrations to final price negotiation and order closure.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of solid, hands-on experience in selling CNC Machines (VMCs/HMCs) or custom Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).

• Technical Aptitude: Must have a working understanding of machining concepts (G-Code, controllers, and machine rigidity).

• Communication: Ability to explain machine capabilities effectively to both technical teams and business decision-makers.

• Target-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

• Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular travel for field visits to industrial areas and customer sites.
