🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales/field team
Achieve business targets and ensure team productivity
Train, guide, and motivate team members
Ensure compliance with Airtel Payments Bank policies
Handle reporting and coordination with management
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate preferred
Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, or field sales
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
