We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team of a leading Events & Wedding Planner Company in Golpark, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, social, and promotional events.

• Meet clients, understand requirements, and create tailored event proposals & presentations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and agencies.

• Collaborate with the operations & creative teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Negotiate budgets, pricing, and contracts with clients.

• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, lead conversion, and client satisfaction.
  

Job Requirements:

Graduate Males with Minimum 4 years of experience in event sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Salary : Upto 25K + incentives
