Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and ensure achievement of targets.

Conduct market research and keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

Handle client negotiations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Plan and execute market visits, sales meetings and business development activities.

Ensure timely follow-up with leads and convert opportunities into successful business.

Work closely with management to achieve overall organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile

5–7 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented personality.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

NOTE: This position is not related to Retail Sales, Counter Sales, Dealer/Distributor Sales, or General Trade Sales.

This position is that channel partner/distributor not directly with the manufacturer your work will be totally associated with the manufacturer. Your payroll will be handled by the channel partner.
