About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Professionals (Self FOS) to join our growing team at Canera HSBC. The role involves direct field visits, customer engagement, and driving sales of insurance products in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers and explain insurance products.

• Generate leads through on-ground activities, cold visits, and referrals.

• Drive end-to-end sales: pitch, follow-up, documentation, and closing.

• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure policy conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide accurate and timely updates in CRM and reporting tools.

• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.

1-6 years of experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales / Direct Sales.

• Experience in Insurance Sales is a strong advantage.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Good communication skills in the regional language.

• Comfortable with daily field travel and meeting customers.
