Role Overview:
The B2C Sales Executive in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer sales, enhancing customer experience, and promoting products to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell F&B products directly to customers through various channels (in-store, online, events, etc.)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Maintain product knowledge, including ingredients, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation (if applicable)
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales (F&B preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays
