Job Title: Sales Executive – TMT Bars & Structural Steel Sales

Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and result-driven Sales Executives with a proven background in TMT Bars, Structural Steel, MS Products, or Construction Material Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business from contractors, builders, developers, fabricators, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for TMT Bars and Structural Steel products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and industrial customers.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable steel solutions.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Steel Sales is mandatory.

• Experience in selling TMT Bars, Structural Steel, MS Pipes, Steel Sections, or Building Materials.

• Strong network within the construction and infrastructure industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
