osition: CASA Business Development Manager (BDM)
Industry: Banking / BFSI

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) customers

• Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and market mapping

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Cross-sell banking products like insurance, loans, credit cards, SIPs, etc.

• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance

• Promote digital banking activation and usage

• Identify new business opportunities in local markets

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline

• 6 months – 4 years experience in BFSI / CASA / field sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Local market knowledge preferred

Salary Range
