We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Ayurvedic services, therapies, wellness programs, and treatment packages. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting potential customers, explaining suitable Ayurvedic services, and converting enquiries into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Ayurvedic therapies, wellness services, and treatment packages to potential customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, local networking, referrals, and direct customer interaction.

• Meet prospective customers and understand their wellness requirements.

• Explain services, packages, benefits, pricing, and offers professionally.

• Convert leads into appointments and paid services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Visit nearby residential areas, offices, gyms, salons, wellness centres, societies, and other potential locations for lead generation.

• Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.

• Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the clinic/centre team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat sales and referrals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, beauty, hospitality, or related industries preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.

• Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong sales ability.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.

• Candidates with experience selling Ayurvedic treatments, wellness services, spa therapies, healthcare services, or beauty services will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
