Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective clients interested in real estate properties.

• Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits to showcase properties.

• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.

• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in real estate sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and any local languages

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  
  

Salary: ₹15000 - 30000 per month + sales incentives.
