You will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints- Reward Point Software to retail stores. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹50000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any

area)

2. Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher

incentives.

3. Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

4. Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

5. Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

   Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
