Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Source potential home loan customers across Bangalore through open market activities.Builder Relations: Build networks with Bangalore-based builders, real estate agents, and property developers.Customer Guidance: Support applicants through the entire loan journey and compliance documentation.Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales targets assigned by the Bangalore regional team.🎓 RequirementsEducation: Graduate in any stream preferred.Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in banking, NBFCs, or real estate sectors.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and thorough knowledge of Bangalore's geography.Languages: English or Hindi (Kannada is NOT mandatory).Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence for daily field visits.
